Frequently asked questions and terms and conditions form part of
these policies. If you have any questions that have not been
answered, please contact us!
Session Fee
The session fee covers your photographer's time for the photo
session, processing of 30 + images and adding the images to an
online gallery for you to view at your leisure. The fee must be
paid in full before the photo session takes place, preferably by
direct deposit. A tax invoice will be provided upon booking
confirmation.
Cancellation
If cancelled within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund of
your session fee. For cancellations less than 7 days before the
session booking, the session fee is non-refundable but is
transferrable to another booking.
For bookings more than 2 hours from Melbourne (e.g. Adelaide or
other), cancellations less than 24 hours before the session booking
are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Sales
Orders must be paid in full prior to being produced or supplied.
All sales are final, but if you do have any issues, please contact us - you
will find we are more than reasonable!
Copyright
By hiring Curiouser for photographic and creative services, you
acknowledge that Curiouser retains copyright and may use the
photographs and designs for advertising or competition purposes
only.
Wall Art
The sale of wall art is a commission for a piece of art. The art
will include the photographic image as selected by the client on a
gallery-wrapped canvas of agreed dimensions. The photograph will
become part of the mixed media piece of art and may be sanded,
painted on or otherwise but the faces in the photograph will not be
obscured by this process. The artists will add words painted or
drawn in ink on the artwork only when agreed on or requested by the
client, with the exception of the artist's right to sign and date
the work. The photographing image will be bordered by a
hand-painted ink frame over a collaged mixed media background.
The Artist shall use her aesthetic judgement to create the Work
and to determine when the Work is completed. The client agrees that
they will accept the completed artwork unless in the client's
reasonable opinion the Work was not
executed substantially in accordance with the description
given.
Business Details
Curiouser is not registered for GST and all prices are
GST-exclusive (non-registered). Curiouser is registered as a
business in Australia and our ABN is 16 010 112 368.
